We will explore how we can deepen and express our spirituality through a variety of “incarnational practices” that use our bodies and all of our senses to connect us to the Holy. This session will include two Saturday events as well as our usual Wednesday evenings.

Verneda Kelly from Lincoln, who will lead us in a mini retreat about how we can deepen and express our spirituality through a variety of “incarnational practices” that use our bodies and all of our senses to connect us to the Holy.

For our Lenten Wednesday night Adult Formation study, we will be reading and discussing the book, On Repentance and Repair: Making Amends in an Unapologetic Word by Rabbi Dayna Ruttenberg. The dates for the study will be: Wednesdays, March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and April 5 starting with prayer at 5:45 PM and concluding at 7:00 PM.
Our next study series, Encountering the Holy, begins Wednesday, October 12 and runs through December 21. We will begin with Evening Prayer in the Clarkson Center at 5:45 PM, and the study will begin at 6 PM. This study will provide space to reflect in community on how God is active among us, and increase our awareness of the presence and immanence of God in our lives.
All are invited to join the cathedral book study group on Wednesday evenings starting September 22. We will be studying the book Short Stories by Jesus: The Enigmatic Parables of a Controversial Rabbi by Amy-Jill Levine.
Learn healthy eating on a budget from a nutritionist and cooking skills from a professional chef! Participants also take home free groceries and other goodies.
