For our Lenten Wednesday night Adult Formation study, we will be reading and discussing the book, On Repentance and Repair: Making Amends in an Unapologetic Word by Rabbi Dayna Ruttenberg. The book is grounded in the word of the philosopher Maimonides, and Rabbi Ruttenberg uses his five stages of repentance to explore how we might heal ourselves, each other and the world by taking responsibility for our mistakes and failings in a way that creates true atonement, forgiveness and repair. The dates for the study will be: Wednesdays, March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and April 5 starting with prayer at 5:45 PM and concluding at 7:00 PM.
