Fourth Annual Pride Mass

  • Trinity Episcopal Cathedral 113 N 18th Street Omaha United States (map)

Trinity Episcopal Cathedral invites the LGBTQ+ community and allies to our Fourth Annual Pride Mass; a worship service designed to celebrate and promote the full inclusion of LGBTQ+ people in the life of the church. The service will be held during Heartland Pride week on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 7 PM, and features singers from the Trinity Cathedral Choir and River City Mixed Chorus. All who attend are invited to communion and worship.

We are delighted to welcome The Rt. Rev. Dr. Bonnie A. Perry, 11th bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Michigan, to preach this year. Consecrated on February 8, 2020, Bishop Perry became the first woman and openly lesbian bishop in Michigan. She has long advocated for LGBTQ+ full inclusion, and Gov. Gretchen Whitmer appointed her as a commissioner on Michigan’s first-ever statewide LGBTQ+ Commission in 2023. This June, she also preaches for Pride at Christ Church Cathedral in Dublin, Ireland.
