“The Ogden Windows and Bells” is the next mini-tour to be held on October 13th after both services. The three windows on the southwest side of Trinity’s nave are more yellow in color than our other windows. They tell the story of a railroad tycoon, William B. Ogden, and his friendship with Bishop Robert Harper Clarkson in the early days of Chicago. Come hear this fascinating story and listen to a special presentation of our beloved Trinity bells played by Dr. Marty Wheeler Burnett. This will be the 135th anniversary of the first playing of the bells. The mini-tour is presented by Trinity’s Historical Society.
