The Gospel of Matthew contains some of the most well-known pieces of scripture that we have. It is embedded with themes that connect the reader with our Jewish ancestors while also speaking to how we live as followers of Jesus in the 21st century. Get to know this gospel, the one we will most frequently hear in our Sunday liturgies this year, at our Wednesday evening class in Epiphany.
