You are cordially invited to celebrate the launch of our survivor-led small business, Thistle Lights at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 21 at the Omar Events Center (4383 Nicholas Street - also the home of Thistle Lights)!  The evening's program will feature a performance by the Women of Magdalene Omaha, remarks by a graduate of Thistle Farms, and a keynote address by Becca Stevens.  Becca is President and Founder of the Magdalene residential recovery program and of Thistle Farms, the model's accompanying survivor-led small business in Nashville, Tennessee.  She is a highly-acclaimed international speaker who also has received numerous awards, including being named a White House Champion for Change, a CNN Hero, and Humanitarian of the Year by the Small Business Council of America.  All event proceeds will go to Magdalene Omaha.  This is an evening you do not want to miss!
